Frequently asked questions
What happens after the trial?
Every account starts with a 7-day trial. Once it ends without an active paid plan, creating new projects and resources is blocked — anything already running keeps its data, but you'll need to upgrade to resume normal use.
What counts as a static site vs. a container app?
A static site is plain HTML/CSS/JS served directly, with no running process — cheaper, no idle compute. A container app is anything that runs a process (Node, Python, Go, or any other stack with a Dockerfile). They're counted against separate limits, not a shared project count.
Are databases included?
Yes — every plan includes a number of managed PostgreSQL databases, each with its own connection limit enforced by Postgres itself. Automated backups aren't available yet; see the documentation for how to run your own until they are.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the Billing page in your dashboard. Plan changes and billing itself are handled through Stripe's checkout and customer portal.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Limits are enforced at the point you'd exceed them — for example, creating one more project than your plan allows returns a clear quota error rather than an unexpected charge. Upgrade to raise the limit.
